Landlord safety inspections

If you have a rented property that contains a gas supply within it, you must by law have a landlord’s gas safety inspection carried out every twelve months, to prove the safety of gas appliances.

Service, Maintenance & Repair

You should have your gas appliances service every twelve months to maintain their safety and efficiency.

Cylinders, tanks and overflows. We replace cold water storage tanks and/or hot water storage vessels. We also repair and fit all types of cylinders.
Transco will also attend your property free of charge, if you ring them on 0800 111 999. Transco will confirm whether or not you have a gas leak and will only then make safe any gas leaks found.
Water leak. We fix anything from a dripping tap to a burst water pipe.

New combi boiler change/replacement. We recommend the best suited combination boiler for your property and family requirements. If you are upgrading you boiler, prices start from £1000.00 (up to 7 year warranty).
Commercial contracts. You will never have to worry, as we provide you with total protection, all year round, if your central heating suddenly breaks down.
Service care contracts. With Service care cover, even the most expensive boiler parts are covered. You have our priority attention with guaranteed response to a breakdown within 24 hours. If you call before 4pm, we will normally be with you on the same day. Prices start from £140.00.
Boiler breakdown. We repair and replace parts of all makes and models of boilers, as long as we can still obtain parts.
Other gas services. We can install new gas supplies, purging and testing them and issuing gas certificates, as well as providing service and maintenance for them.

Leaks & bursts

Gas leak. We trace and repair gas leaks on all domestic properties. We can provide you a quote for any work that is needed to rectify the gas leak.
